Payment is due prior to the 1st Lesson. No lessons will be taught if payment has not been received.
Should the private instructor need to miss a lesson, they will set a time to make up the missed lesson. If a student misses a lesson, the student and teacher will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the lesson. If a make-up session is not possible, the lesson is forfeited, and the fees will not be refunded.
If a student is a no show to a lesson they will still be charged.
Private Instructors will be assigned by your school music directors. If there is an issue with your private instructor, the student/family is responsible for communicating any issues with their school director and private instructor.
