Payments for meals will be taken online with credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay by check, please email the Event Organizer (RecordingClerk@rmym.org) prior to registration for the registration code and mailing instructions. Lodging is on your own unless you would like information about a group rate for a hotel in Arvada. Email RecordingClerk@rmym.org for more information about that hotel. Anyone wishing to attend sessions without meals will not be required to register, but we hope you'll join us for the full weekend TOGETHER!
