What: Join Heather for a 4-week dance fitness class that combines fun, energizing movement with simple techniques to help you feel better in your body and more balanced in your brain.

Instructor: Heather Gallina

About the Instructor:
Heather is passionate about using movement as a path to healing. With a diverse background working in women’s shelters, jails, addiction centers, dance studios, and with at-risk youth, she brings a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to all of her work. She has led community-focused events with the YWCA and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing studies in dance movement therapy. Her goal: help individuals reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of self through creative, therapeutic movement.
