What is Behold?Behold! is a one-night class where high school teens learn the basics of the fertility cycle, how to track it, how to recognize a normal cycle, and where to find help when things go awry. Most importantly, teens will experience these topics in a Christ-centered environment alongside their #1 support...mom.
Topics covered include:
* 4 stage overview of complete fertility cycle and how to track each stage
* What to look for in a tracking app...and what to avoid
* Cycle-syncing
* How to promote a heathy cycle
* Overview of cycle irregularities...and common root causes
* The problem of birth control as ‘treatment’
* Restorative Health Care ...finding doctors who help women avoid birth control and instead, heal cycle irregularities by treating their root cause
The night also includes powerful witness talks from several young women who learned to chart for cycle-related problems. Not only did they receive physical healing, but they also discovered their intrinsic dignity as women, created by a loving God.
