Registration fees
All registration fees are Non-refundable. Payments will increase by $10 if registration is not received
by our early-bird deadline, March 24th. Only new singers and High School Students are exempt from
late fees.

Attendance Policy
Singers are expected to miss no more than two rehearsals. Two absences will be allowed, and any
exceptions will be individually reviewed. Please contact your section leader if you know you will be
absent.

Chorale Communication Policy
We respect the privacy of the singers, and your addresses will not be shared outside of the
Chorale. Requests from singers wishing addresses of other singers for personal concerns
and condolence contacts will be honored unless you request otherwise. Any unlisted phone
numbers need to be so noted on the registration form.
Only Chorale-related business will be relayed on global messages or on the website.

Rehearsal Cancellation Policy
Winter weather in Fauquier runs the gambit of conditions from the northern to the southern ends of
the county: and while some singers can make it to practice, it would not be safe for others. The Warren-
ton Chorale Board has chosen a uniform policy so there is no confusion or question on any iffy day.
Should Fauquier County schools be closed due to inclement weather, there will be no practice.
Cancellations will be posted at www.fcps1.org.
