Join us in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Black History Month as we honor the heroes who paved the way and the leaders uplifting our community today.

Through this special event we recognize historic trailblazers and local heroes whose impact continues to inspire resilience, legacy, and excellence within the Bronx.

During the event, we will take time to recognize and honor the following community members:

Eddie Miranda
Carol Nesby (in memoriam)
Shinelle Wright
Adrianne Johnson
Waldo Chavez
Betsy Hastedt & Jim Marley
