Not to be dramatic, but Jordan Berman's life is basically over: he's a 28-year-old Jewish gay man and he's desperately single. Okay, so maybe it's not OVER-over, but it sure does feel like it. At least he has his three best friends Laura, Vanessa, and Kiki to rely on for nights out and museum dates. But when each of his besties finds her perfect guy and partners off, Jordan is left to smile supportively and check another wedding day off his to-do list. Navigating the dating scene and caring for his aging grandmother, Jordan feels pulled in a million different directions...and hopelessly alone. At once bitingly funny and movingly tender, Significant Other is a contemporary romantic comedy about dating, friendship, and self-discovery.
