Youth Lock-In

"The Youth Lock-In is designed to provide youth in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade with a welcoming, engaging, and faith-centered environment to build meaningful relationships, strengthen community, and enjoy fellowship. Aligned with the church’s annual theme of Stability, the event will include icebreakers, group games, outdoor activities, a campfire, small-group discussions, worship, prayer, and opportunities for spiritual growth. Through intentional connection and shared experiences, youth will be encouraged to develop lasting friendships, strengthen their faith, and understand the importance of remaining stable and grounded in God. The evening will conclude with sunrise devotion, group prayer, breakfast, and parent pick-up at 7:00 AM. Elementary Student Note: Elementary students will participate in age-appropriate activities, enjoy a special moment , and be picked up by their parents at 11:00 PM."

Experience the wonders of South Africa with your Hosts Bishop Anthony L. and Pastor Harriet Jinwright and Co-Hosts Bishop Oscar E. and Lady Jacqueline D. Brown. This 18-day trip is from November 1 to November 18, 2027, and includes empowerment sessions and vacation. The estimated price of $6,790.00 PP does not include international airfare or travel insurance to or from South Africa. Single accommodations should add an additional $1,985.00 to the base price. International airfare is currently not available at this time but is estimated to be around $2,000.00 for main cabin seating. Highlights include visiting the cities of Pretoria, Cape Town and Johannesburg and the Kruger National Park for Safari. We will visit churches, schools, the Hector Peterson museum , the Apartheid museum , Robben Island ,the Mandela House and some local restaurants.
