Skills:
-Putting on fins properly
-Bobbing 5x
-Retrieve a submerged object, 2 times
-Front/Back, Jellyfish and Tuck float
-Sitting, Kneeling and Standing dives
-Back glide, 2 body lengths
-Front glide, 2 body lengths
-Front glide with 5 Freestyle strokes
-Back glide with 5 Backstrokes
-Treading 5 seconds
-Finning arm action on back
Drills (with flippers):
-Arm lead right & left w/barbell & fins
-Freestyle with fins
-Backstroke with fins
