Grateful in Body and Brain (Dance Fitness)

Saturday November 1 2025
What: Join Heather for a 4-week dance fitness class that combines fun, energizing movement with simple techniques to help you feel better in your body and more balanced in your brain. When: Saturdays, 9 - 10a Who: 18+ How Much: $20 / Student Instructor: Heather Gallina About the Instructor: Heather is passionate about using movement as a path to healing. With a diverse background working in women’s shelters, jails, addiction centers, dance studios, and with at-risk youth, she brings a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to all of her work. She has led community-focused events with the YWCA and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing studies in dance movement therapy. Her goal: help individuals reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of self through creative, therapeutic movement.

Safety Series: CPR & Stop-The-Bleed

Between Saturday November 15 2025 and Sunday November 16 2025
The purpose of the American Red Cross Hands-Only CPR course is to teach untrained bystanders how to perform hands-only CPR. A bleeding injury can happen anywhere. We've all seen it happen too often—on the news or in everyday life. Life-threatening bleeding can happen in people injured in serious accidents or disasters. Having more bystanders in our communities trained in this simple skill can help save lives by putting more cardiac arrest victims within a few steps of lifesaving assistance. Become an immediate responder by learning how to perform hands-only CPR, and control bleeding with ACS Stop the Bleed. When: - Session 1: Saturday, Nov 15 (8a - 12p) - Session 2: Sunday, Nov 16 (1 - 5p) Who: 14+ How Much: Free (includes dual certification) Instructor: Nic Tomaselli (District 1 EMS) Certifications: Hands-only CPR, ACS Stop The Bleed

Brain Balance Dance Fitness

Saturday June 28 2025
What: Unlock your body and mind with this dance fitness class! Move your body to heart-pumping beats while incorporating kinesiology techniques designed to release negative/stuck energy. Blend neuroscience theories with music and meditation practices, to promote balance and inner peace, helping your body and mind function at their best. Join us Tuesday, June 17th at 10:00 am and 6:00 pm to find out how Northwest Dane Senior Services promotes independence and involvement by providing premier programs, information, and services for older adult community members and their families. *10a event to conclude with Trishaw (Cycling Without Age Program) to offer client rides around the block. Magical Moves Dance Class

What: Dance to your favorite Disney songs! Embody your favorite Disney characters! Discover new ways to move to the songs you’re growing up with. This fun dance class is a great way to find new ways to move and groove, find new friends, and have fun. When: Sundays, 10:45-110:30a | June 8 - July 29 Who: 3-4 yo. How Much: $40 / Student Instructor: Cindy Stefanek with Moving In Faith, LLC About the Instructor: As a Middleton native, and local dance and Pilates instructor, Cindy works at EJ Movement as their Lead Pilates Instructor, teaches and choreographs Modern and Ballet at Central Midwest Ballet Academy, choreographs for the WHHS Theatre Department, and teaches community dance classes with business, Moving In Faith LLC. Cindy loves bringing fitness to the community and being a positive part of someone’s day, while helping them grow and get stronger.
