Students Finishing 4th-11th grades. *Participation is FREE but you must register! * Shoot baskets at your own house between May 1st and Oct. 1st Keep a running tally of shots. What: Summer Strength and Conditioning Program through Day One Sports Performance for Cathedral students When: June 2 - August 7, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (No workouts on June 30, July 1, July 3) Time: 6:30-7:45am: incoming Cathedral 9th-12th males 8:00-9:15am: incoming Cathedral 6th-8th males and females 9:30-10:45am: incoming Cathedral 9th-12th females Cost: $185 total for all 27 sessions (includes Day One shirt) You must pay for summer workouts on this link but you registration is NOT complete until you also complete the waiver on the link below.

Boys Basketball Workouts Organized workouts led by Head Coach, Mike Sand & Staff M, T, TH, 7:00-8:00am (finishing 5th-7th grade) - Center Gym M, T, TH, 8:00-9:00am (finishing 8th-11th grade) - North Gym June 2 - July 31 (no workouts June 30, July 1, 3) (**tentative workouts week of July 28th due to floor refinishing) Cost: $100

Girls Basketball Workouts Organized basketball workouts led by Girls Basketball Coaching Staff Finishing Grades 5th-11th 11:00am-12:00pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday $50 total for all sessions. June 2 - July 24

What: Soccer Skills camp for those finishing PreK and K When: June 2, 4, 9, 11 - 5:00-5:45pm Where: Cathedral Rau Field (Football Field) Bring: waterbottle, cleats &/or tennis shoes, wear shorts/t-shirt Cost: $20 per camper (if siblings, $20 for 1st child, $10 for each additional)

What: Soccer Skills Camp for those finishing 1st-6th grade When: M and W, June 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25 Finishing 1st-3rd: 5:45-6:30pm Finishing 4th-6th: 6:30-7:15pm Where: June 2-9 @ Cathedral Rau Field (Football field), June 16-25 @ Whitney field ___ Bring: soccer ball, athletic shoes, shin guards, a pair of socks, and water Cost: $50 per camper (additional children from same family are $25)

What: Track & Field for those finishing 3rd-6th grade When: PRACTICES: June 2, 4, 9, 12 from 6:00-7:45 all at Apollo MEETS: Monday, June 16th; 5:30 at Sartell Wednesday, June 18th; 5:30 at ROCORI Monday, June 23rd; 5:30 at Apollo Bring: waterbottle, shoes you can run in and wear comfortable clothes Cost: $50 per camper (cost includes practices/meets and a tie-dye t-shirt that your child will make at one of the first practices) Coaches: Rick Fleege (Head Cathedral Coach), Dustin Cassens (Apollo Coach), Varsity athletes and assistant coaches from Cathedral and Apollo.

Finishing 6th-11th grade soccer players Technical skills and high intensity camp to prepare athletes for their upcoming season for those finishing 6th-11th grade BOYS & GIRLS - led by Cathedral Boys Soccer Coaching staff. Boys & Girls players will be grouped separately. Camp is supported by CYMYSA. Guest appearances by local college coaches, current and former college players, and more!
