• Friday, April 12, 2024 (11:59 am) - Early Bird ticket sales close

• Friday, April 12, 2024 (12:01 pm) - Regular ticket sales open - NOTE CHANGE IN PRICING OCCURS AT NOON!

• Friday, April 19 , 2024 (11:59 pm) - Regular ticket sales CLOSE - No additional tickets may be purchased after this date!  There is no “late” window to purchase tickets.  There is no waiting list.  Tickets after this date do not exist!

• Monday, April 22, 2024 - FINAL counts due to the event center by 8:00 am.

• Saturday, May 11, 2024 (8-11:30 pm) - Prom 2024

These deadlines are driven by the venue.  There is no flexibility with this timeline.

Who May Attend?

Prom is a formal event for WHS juniors and seniors.  While you do not need a “date” or a “guest” to attend, WHS juniors and seniors may invite one guest to attend with them.  Guests may be a WHS student OR a non-WHS student who must be at least a sophomore in high school and not be more than one year out of high school.  A Guest Form for WHS Prom 2024 will need to be completed for all non-WHS student guests before guest tickets can be purchased.  If this form is not submitted, the guest will not be admitted into the dance.  All ticket sales end on April 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm!

How much are tickets?

Early Bird Special:  From April 1 until April 12, 2024 at 11:59 am  the cost of a ticket for a WHS Student, a WHS Student Guest or a Non-WHS Student Guest will be $55.  Please note that a Guest form MUST be submitted and on file in order to purchase a non-WHS student guest ticket.  Plan accordingly in order to capitalize on the early bird special.

Regular Ticket Pricing for WHS Students:  Starting April 12, 2024 at 12:01 pm to April 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm, the cost of a ticket for a WHS student will be $75.   You will not be able to purchase a ticket after April 19, 2024 for ANY REASON!   

Regular Ticket Pricing for Non-WHS Student Guests:  Starting April 13, 2024 at 12:01 am the price of a Non-WHS student guest ticket will be $100.  Ticket sales end on April 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm.  

NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AFTER APRIL 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm.  Do not ask.  There is nothing we can do!                                                                  

What will I get for the price of the ticket?

Northern Lights will be providing the music.  In addition to coffee and soft-drinks, assorted Hors d’oeuvres including sliders, pizza, and  tacos will be provided throughout the evening.  And, back by popular demand, there will be an amazing assortment of fancy desserts as well as a smores bar.  

How do I purchase tickets?

QR codes are also located around the building or on the Student Council Instagram (@wayzatastuco).  All tickets are advance sales only - NO tickets will be sold at the door and no tickets will be sold after April 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm!  Tickets will go on sale April 1.  Please plan accordingly!  While we would love to accommodate spontaneous decisions to attend this event, we need to adhere to a strict ticket sales deadline in order to accommodate the event center’s requirements.  All sales are final!  

WHS students may request a voucher for prom tickets by completing the Voucher Request Form.  Once verified and approved, the student will receive information regarding next steps.  This form MUST be submitted by April 14, 2024 at 11:59 pm in order to provide enough time to process tickets prior to the deadline.

What else should I know about the event?

Students will present their WHS ID and their QR ticket code for entrance at the dance.  WHS students should have the QR code saved on their device to expedite the process of getting scanned into the dance.  You may also print the QR code if you prefer, in the past, some students have struggled with wifi connectivity or battery life on their device.  Random breathalyzers will be conducted as students arrive at the event by WHS Deans.  Once a student leaves the event, they will not be able to re-enter.
