Placer Theater Ballet will be offering a high-caliber, accessible performance of The Nutcracker to our community.

"The Nutcracker" offers significant educational value, both culturally and artistically. It introduces students to classical music through Tchaikovsky's iconic score, fostering an appreciation for orchestral compositions. The ballet itself showcases storytelling through dance, helping young audiences understand narrative structure, emotion, and character development without words. Its historical context provides insight into Russian art and 19th-century European traditions, broadening students' understanding of global cultures.

We're excited to have Cottonwood students and their families join us for this special holiday tradition!

• Ticket Types: All types available, students ages 5 and up. Students should be able to sit through this full-length play.

• This is not a drop-off event. All students must have a chaperone for the duration of the event.
