Join us for a fun and interactive cooking class where you'll learn to create delicious Pelmeni/Varenyky from scratch. They are Eastern European dumplings that are filled with either meat or a veggie filling.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned chef, our class is designed to guide you through each step with hands-on instruction in making Pelmeni/Varenyky. Learning to master basic techniques and explore future ideas, you'll leave with new skills and tasty creations - a great experience to have with friends. No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and appetite!

• Ticket Types: Cottonwood Students (4th grade and up only) and Required Chaperone (chaperone will not select a ticket but will register on the order form)

• This is not a drop-off event. All students must have a chaperone for the duration of the event.

• You will receive a reminder email from your host before the event with any additional details. Please do not reach out to the field trip facility/venue directly. If you have questions, please direct them to the Cottonwood coordinator instead.
• Focus Area: Learn to cook Pelmeni/Varenyky from scratch. You will also learn the history of the dish.
• Adult Transition Program and Transition Age students have been invited to attend this event in order to increase social interactions with peers and work on independent living skills.
