ISCFAC: Level 2 – Minnow (SOLD OUT)
In Level 2 you will go over the following:
Review:
-Swim underwater without holding nose
-Backstroke arms only
-Kick on front and back with barbell
Skills:
-Jump in 3.5' water and exit
-Bobbing 3-4 open mouth and breath
-Retrieve a submerged object, w/face in
-Front float, 3-5 seconds
-Jellyfish float, 5 seconds
-Tuck float, 3-5 seconds
-Back float, 3-5 seconds
-Back glide, 2 body lengths
-Front glide, 2 body lengths
-Front glide with 2 backstrokes
-Freestyle stroke w/ face in water
-Elementary backstroke arms only

we have 3 time slots available for minnow:
4:00-4:30 PM, 5:10-5:40 PM & 5:45 & 6:15 PM
2025 WINTER lessons will only meet on Mondays and Wednesdays for 4 weeks
