Get ready for an unforgettable experience as Wild Things, Wildlife Conservation returns to our Community Connect Center for the third year in a row! This highly anticipated event brings a fascinating lineup of feathered, scaled, and furry friends, offering students of all ages (and their parents!) a unique, up-close encounter with incredible wildlife.
Led by expert handlers, this engaging and educational presentation introduces students to a variety of rescued animals while sharing important lessons about conservation, habitats, and the role we all play in protecting wildlife. Whether it’s a majestic bird of prey, a curious reptile, or a cuddly mammal, each animal has a story to tell, making this a truly interactive and memorable experience.

Important Event Details – Please Read Before Registering
- To allow for as many Cottonwood students as possible, ONE Required Chaperone is allowed to attend with 1 - 4 students, and TWO Required Chaperones are allowed to attend with 5 + students. Chaperones are free, will not select a ticket type, but will register on the order form. Chaperone are required to stay with their students for the duration of the event.
- Registrants will be able to select between an 10 am session OR an 11 am session, each lasting 45 minutes. Due to the structured nature of this event, timeliness is essential. Doors will close at the start of each session to minimize disruptions and ensure the best experience for all attendees.
- Students will be seated on the floor for the duration of the demonstration. Parents are encouraged to sit behind students to allow for the best viewing experience.
- Please plan accordingly to arrive on time and be ready for an unforgettable wildlife encounter! Additional event logistics, including parking and check-in details, will be provided in the reminder email prior to the event.
