We are so exited to celebrate our littlest graduates! We have a fun-filled time planned for you and your student. It will be a great day honoring their accomplishments as they head into first grade.

Our dedicated promotion ceremony team will help prepare you for this process to make it a memorable day for all.

During our ceremony, promoting kindergarteners will have the chance to:
- Display a homemade All-About-Me Poster
- Wear a homemade cap & gown if they wish
- Sing a song with fellow kindergarteners
- Receive a promotion certificate

Please Read ALL Information Before Registration:

Registration Information:

• Registration opens April 3rd at 12:30 pm and closes April 29th at 4:30 pm.

• Immediately after registration, you will receive a form to fill out collecting information about your student. Please fill this form out as soon as it is received. 

• Please double check your calendar and consider any potential conflicts before you register for this event. Space is limited and we ask only committed participants register.

• Register ONE Kindergartener per order, one Required Chaperone, and an estimated amount of all Supporters that will be attending the event. 

• After registration, you will recieve a Kindergarten Promotion Newsletter with more information about how to prepare for our event. You may also refer to the Commencement Page on the Parent Hawks' Nest. (add link)

Day-of-Event Information:

• Check-in for our promtees is at 9:15 am. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 10 am. 

• Pets will not be allowed at this event. 

• Attending supporters need to bring lawn seating (blankets, lawn/camping chairs, etc) to watch our ceremony and cheer on our kindergarteners. There will be no provided seating at this event.

• Every student must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout the duration of the event.

• All participating Kindergarteners will receive a certificate.
