About
1. Scan all required documents to Ms. Kartick (email hasita.kartick@fortbendisd.gov).
-Student's valid Texas Driver License
-Current driver's insurance card (listing student name as assigned driver)
-Completed and signed Hold Harmless Form link
- Completed and signed Student Parking Rules
2. You must pay online (coming soon). Your application will not be complete until you have paid.
3. You may pick up your parking permit once all the above requirements are completed in B-101.
