About

FORMATION AT HOME: $40 each child. For families who would like to use a textbook at home.

$110 GRADE 1-4 FORMATION:
A monthly program that focuses on community, spiritual growth, & fostering a sense of belonging. We practice living a life of virtue through scripture, the lives of the saints, crafts, and games.

$160 GRADE 5-6 and GRADE 7-8 FORMATION:
A "small group" based formation program where their children are known, loved, and cared for. We meet twice a month, and each session consists of a large group presentation, small group time, and prayer.

To pay by cash or check at the church office, enter the promo code "Check" in the shopping cart during checkout. Payment must be received by 9/26/25. Instructions on how to pay will be on your receipt.

If you need financial assistance, enter the promo code "Scholarship" at checkout. A 50% payment is required at that time.

If you need to cancel, refunds will be issued by check. The deadline to request a refund is 09/26/25.
