Tickets are being sold for our live bottle raffle! Enter a pool to win a rare bottle of bourbon or wine. The drawing will take place on December 5, 2025 during the HopeWood Gala in Westerville, Ohio. Entrants do not need to be present at the Gala to win. All proceeds from the Rare Bottle Raffle will support the Growing Hope Capital Campaign for HopeWood Outdoors.The prizes are:

Terms:
- The raffle is open to anyone 21 years or over
- Tickets must be purchased online on the Rare Bourbon Raffle website or in person at the HopeWood Gala 2025
- HopeWood Outdoors accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete or unpaid for
- To enter fill in your details as directed on the web page and make the appropriate payment
- Tickets are $15 each with bundle purchases available
- A maximum of 2000 tickets only will be sold online
- HopeWood Outdoors through Vanco Events will send verification of each ticket purchased to the email address provided by the purchaser
- All correctly completed entries will be physically entered into a prize draw which will take place during the HopeWood Gala on 5 December 2025 at approximately 8 pm EST
- The drawing will occur at St Paul Lutheran Church, Westerville OH by random draw from a bucketful of tickets, one per ticket sold, by a HopeWood Outdoors staff member in the presence of at least two other witnesses
- By category, the first entries drawn will be the winners, in the order first drawn wins first prize and so on
- Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances HopeWood Outdoors, in collaboration with the prize donors, reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value
- The winners will be notified via email in the week following 5 December 2025
- The winners must acknowledge their raffle win within 60 days of HopeWood Outdoors sending notification, to receive their prize. If the prize is not acknowledged after this time, it will lapse and HopeWood Outdoors reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize for a future Rare Bourbon Raffle or to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules
- Winners do not need to be present at the Gala to win. Pickup for those not present will be available in Westerville and Marengo. We can also coordinate delivery within a limited range of Central Ohio. The winners must contact HopeWood Outdoors to arrange the timing of their receiving of their prize. Prizes cannot be mailed.
- HopeWood Outdoors will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the raffle. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by HopeWood Outdoors for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented
- The winners agree to take part in reasonable post draw publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity
- HopeWood Outdoors may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in HopeWood Outdoors’ sole opinion) or who, in HopeWood Outdoors’ sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating ticket sales, hacking, deceiving or cheating
- By entering the raffle each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
- These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 2915
