The check-in booth will be located inside the west entrance of Princeton Senior High School. Check-in to get booth assignments, Wi-Fi password and turn in item for Onion
Festival Live Auction.

Limited number of booths with electricity
10 x 10 spaces; if additional is needed, extra booth space must be purchased.
Fee plus one item from your booth to be donated to the Onion Festival Live Auction.
*Paper applications (check payment) available upon request. Booths will be assigned at random.

BOOTH INFORMATION
INDOOR:
Standard with electricity - $75
Standard without electricity - $65
Preferred location with electricity - $100
Preferred location without electricity - $90
OUTDOOR:
Standard without electricity - $65
Preferred location without electricity - $90
FOOD TRUCKS:
Stand-alone, with own electricity - $250
*Food truck locations will be assigned first-come-first-served the morning of the Onion Festival.

VENDORS
• Application approval is solely at the discretion of the Princeton Lions Club.
• Applications with missing information or lack of booth space detail will not be accepted.
• Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs.
• Vendor booths must be attended at all hours of the craft show.
• No late setups and no early take downs.
• Must maintain booth spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.
• Must display professionalism, courtesy and respect when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.
• No flea market or garage sale items
• No radios, televisions or other distractive devices allowed.
• No refunds after April 1.
• Must comply with Princeton ISD’s Facilities Use Policy.
• The sale, distribution or use of alcohol, or cannabis products is prohibited.
• May not display, market or sale offensive or obscene items or materials. Lions Club members have final say on the appropriateness of items being sold/presented.
• Failure to comply with a Lions Club members request to remove an item or material will result in immediate removal of the vendor.
