Are seat reservations to the services free?
Yes, seat reservations are free. We encourage you to save your spot today.

Is parking free?
Yes, we have plenty of onsite, free parking.

Is there a limit on the number of seats I can reserve? 
Yes, we ask that you reserve up to 10 seats per order. If you need to reserve more than 10 seats, please do so through a separate reservation.  

What if my plans change and I need to cancel tickets?
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel some or all of your seat reservations, you can do so through your confirmation email from Vanco. PLEASE NOTE: Once you cancel your seat reservations, you'll receive an email that you'll need to confirm to verify and complete your cancellation. To make room for others to enjoy Hill Country's Easter services, we appreciate you cancelling any tickets you no longer need.

Do I need a password or access code to reserve seats?
In the top right-hand corner of the ticketing site, you'll see a space to enter a password or access code. You DO NOT need a password or access code unless you were specifically given one. Please just go ahead and reserve your seats. We can't wait to see you

Will there be kid's programming?
Yes! We’ll have fun and engaging Kid's Ministry programming for those ages birth through Pre-K during our Saturday evening and Sunday morning Easter services except our Sunday sunrise service or our Good Friday service. Please bring your kids with you to those services.

Will there be a Good Friday service? 
Yes, you're invited to join us for our Good Friday service at 6:30pm on Friday, April 3 for a special time of remembrance and reflection, as we prepare our hearts for Easter. Seat reservations are not required; simply show up! There will be no Kid's programming for this service, so bring them along.

Will there be a Sunrise Easter Service?
We'd love for you to join us outdoors at 6:30am on Sunday, April 5 for a Sunrise Service. Seat reservations aren’t required; simply show up! This service will be similar in content to the later services except we won't have baptisms, and it will be held outdoors. Please note that Kid's Ministry programming is not provided during this service, so bring them along.

Will there be interpretation for the hearing impaired?
We'll have interpretation for the hearing impaired at the 9am service on Sunday, April 5. Please contact Shelly Corbin at shellycorbin@hcbc.com for seat reservations.

Which service is best for the special needs' community?
We have seats reserved specifically for our Special Needs community at the 10:45am service on Sunday, April 5. Please contact Shelly Corbin at shellycorbin@hcbc.com for more details and seat reservations.

Is there handicap-accessible seating?
We want to be sure to accommodate you and your guests, so if you require handicap-accessible seating, please email EasterTeam@hcbc.com and we will respond to you. In your email, please include your phone number and which service you would like to attend with how many seats you are hoping to have.
