Session 3 July 20-30 Summer `26 Swim Lessons L.2Minnow

In Level 2 Minnows, will go over the following:

Review:
-Swim underwater without holding your nose
-Backstroke arms only
-Kick on front and back with barbell
Skills:
-Jump in 3.5’ water and exit
-Bobbing 3-4 open mouth and breath
-Retrieve a submerged object, w/face in
-Front float, 3-5 seconds
-Jellyfish float, 5 seconds
-Tuck float, 3-5 seconds
-Back float, 3-5 seconds
-Back glide, 2 body lengths
-Front glide, 2 body lengths
-Front glide with 2 backstrokes
-Freestyle stroke w/ face in
-Elementary backstroke arms only
-Tread water
