Our incoming 9th graders (this year’s 8th graders), through those who have just graduated 12th grade, are eligible for our Beach Camp Trip. We will leave Sunday, July 19, after church. We'll drive partway, and stay at a motel that night. Then we will drive the rest of the way on Monday, July 20, arriving in time for dinner.

We will be staying in nice guest houses across the road from the beach. Adam Fuller will be our guest speaker for our worship times, along with our worship band. We will enjoy plenty of free time hanging out with friends at the beach, the pool, and sand volleyball. We will be amazed at the beautiful beach sunsets. We plan to take some short excursions to the pier and shopping areas.

We'll leave early on Friday, July 24, have meals on the road, and drive straight through, arriving late, tired, and happy! Driver and adult leaders are David Fuller, Sophie Ferguson, Adam Fuller, Jordan Groves, Kaylee Wooldridge, and Danny Bryson.

The church will subsidize some of the expenses, so the cost per person is $400. If you pay with a credit or debit card, Vanco will charge you a $18.48 ticket fee. If you don't want to pay this fee, select the cash or check option. Make your check out to Second Baptist Church and write "Beach Camp & your child's name" in the memo line. All payments are due prior to leaving for the trip.

Students will also need to bring about $100 for 7 meals on the road. And they can bring some extra money for snacks, drinks, souvenirs, etc. (for during the week). We encourage you to invite a friend and register as soon as possible! Registration is limited to 19 students and the deadline to register is June 15.
