2026-2027 Middle School Faith Formation
About
A "small group" based formation program where children are known, loved, and cared for.We meet twice a month, and each session consists of a large group presentation, small group time, and prayer.

The schedule will be emailed post registration in a welcome letter email sent by the end of the month.

●Price: $175 per child
●Fee includes materials
●Meet Wednesday nights
●Grades 5 & 6 meet 6-7:15pm
●Grades 7 & 8 meet 6:30-8pm

●You may enter "Deposit" into the coupon code spot at time of check out if you do not want to pay in full.
●At least 50% payment & scholarship applications are due within seven days of your registration, to confirm your spot(s) for each child.
●The maximum payment per household for faith formation is $525 (not including sacrament preparation.)
If you think your family will exceed this amount, please pay only 50% at this time and we will contact you with the remaining balance due.

There is a drop box near the parish office door for after-hours submission.

● All refunds are issued in the form of a check.
●We process credit/debit cards through Vanco; they charge a nominal fee for the service, which does not credit towards your faith formation balance owed.
