About
When? We will meet at St. Paul’s on Friday, September 25th at 5:00 pm with the hopes of being on the road by 5:30. We will take the bus but also ’caravan’ together. Directions can be given to anyone that would like to arrive on their own time (earlier or later). It is about a 3 1/2 hour drive.What? The specifics have not been worked out but we plan to spend a few hours on a mission project, worship outside at the Greene’s cabin on Sunday, relax, reflect and grow in our knowledge of one another. I think a game night might occur… !
Food? We will stop on the road for dinner on Friday night and lunch on Sunday (you will cover these costs). Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on Saturday, Breakfast on Sunday and snacks throughout the weekend will be provided. We will be eating together at the church. Food costs are $50 per person (children 5 and under are free).
Housing? You can stay at the church (on blow up beds) for free, stay with a host family for $50 or stay at the local Air BnB for $150 per person ($300 per couple).
Who? Anyone & Everyone! Youth in 6th grade and above can come without a parent and stay with Pastor Erica in the church. Families welcome but anyone in Elementary or below must have their ’person’ with them!
