Event Ticket Refund Policy:
1. Ticket was not used/scanned
2. Request for refund must occur by Noon the day following the event (provide email)
3. Need person’s name associated with the ticket, date of purchase, & last 4 digits of the card used
4. Credit will be to the card that made the purchase
5. Requests for refunds before or during event will not be refunded
