1. Camp fees are due upon registration. A fee of $25.00 will be
charged for insufficient funds paid online. Non-payment will result in withdrawal.
2. There will be no refunds or credits for absences, holidays of any kind, camp
cancellations due to hazardous weather, illness outbreaks or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. If I must withdraw my child from Smoke Rise Baptist Weekday School Summer Camp
the school requests two weeks advanced notice. No refunds will be made for late
withdrawal. A fee of $25.00 will be deducted for administrative costs for refunds.
4. Parents/Guardians will alert the school to any and all medical or family changes that may occur
during the camp season. Correct and current information regarding our physical
home address and contact phone numbers will be provided.
5. Smoke Rise Baptist Weekday School Summer Camp and Smoke Rise Academy of Arts Music and Arts Camp are separate entities. As a courtesy, registration was made accessible through this platform for both camps. Neither party is responsible for the happenings in the other camp. Neither party is to be held liable for anything that occurs in either camp.
6. Smoke Rise Weekday School Summer Camp hours are 9:30 am – 1:30 pm. Campers must be picked up by 1:40pm. There will be a $5 late fee charged every five minutes past the 10 minute pickup window. Campers that are staying for extended care from 1:30-3:30 must be picked up by 3:40. There will be a $5 late fee charged every five minutes past the 10 minute pickup window. If a child is left beyond 20 minutes without a parent or guardian contacting the camp director, camp leadership will notify the authorities of possible abandonment.
7. Camp sessions are based on our best estimates, at this time, but may be subject to change depending
upon enrollment. Sessions will be finalized and confirmed no later than June 1, 2024. If we are not able to
offer a camp session for which you have registered, all fees are refundable.
