Important Information Regarding Event Livestream:
This graduation event will be photographed and/or recorded and live-streamed over the internet. The livestream will be available on a special page on our website, requiring a unique login that will be shared with families prior to the event to pass along to relatives and friends who would like to attend virtually.

By registering to attend and by entering William Jessup University to attend the event and by allowing your child(ren) to attend the event, you agree and grant irrevocable permission and a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to The Cottonwood School to have your and your child(ren)’s likeness, image, voice, and appearance photographed, recorded, and livestreamed/broadcasted for any school-related purpose and used, whether recorded on or transferred to any electronic or analog media or platform of any kind, now known or later developed, and to be included in various school marketing, outreach, website, social media, or news campaigns or other school publications.

Vanco Events is an online system for organizations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing needs.
