The following terms and conditions apply to all paid event ticketing events/registrations:
-Refunds will be 50% of the fee. The Event Organizer is pre-paying for all supplies as well as pays all credit card fees associated with your paid purchase. The 50% refund will help cover the costs associated with this booking.
-Beginning July 1, 2022, VANCO Events began charging a service fee per ticket on all paid ticketed events. Tri-Valley has nothing to do with this fee and the fee goes directly to VANCO. This fee is subject to change. On February 1, 2025 the fee will be $0.75 per ticket.

Vanco Events is an online system for organizations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organizer” and not that of Revtrak inc d/b/a Vanco Events.
