My registration gives my child permission to participate in the Cabot Panther Sports Camp and allows transportation by bus to any facility as needed. I also understand that Cabot High School does not provide medical insurance covering injuries of any nature incurred during the 2025 sports camps. The undersigned hereby releases the Cabot School District, its successors, assigns, officers, agent, and employees from any and all claims, demands, and cause of action whatsoever in any way growing out of or resulting from participating in the 2025 sports camps. All participants should be covered by their own insurance policies.
