Please plan accordingly! While we would love to accommodate spontaneous decisions to attend this event, we need to adhere to a strict ticket sales deadline in order to accommodate the event center’s requirements. All sales are final!

Students will present their WHS ID and their QR ticket code for entrance at the dance. WHS students should have the QR code saved on their device to expedite the process of getting scanned into the dance. You may also print the QR code if you prefer.
Non-WHS Student guests should bring their school issued ID or driver's license to the event.

In addition, as stated in the WHS Student Handbook:
Random breathalyzers will be conducted as students arrive at the event.
Once a student leaves the event, they will not be able to re-enter.

Vanco Events is an online system for organizations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organizer” and not that of Revtrak inc d/b/a Vanco Events.
