Terms and Conditions  −  Good Life 2025

To participate in the Good Life Retreat you must agree to the following releases.

Liability Release - I remain legally responsible for any personal actions. I agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors, and assignees, to hold harmless and defend Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and the Diocese of San Diego; its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, chaperones, and representatives associated with the events with respect to any and all actions, claims or demands that may be made or brought against the parish, the Diocese of San Diego; its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, chaperones, and representatives associated with the events, arising from or in connection with attending these events or in connection with any illness, injury, or cost of medical treatment in connection therewith. I agree to compensate the parish, the Diocese of San Diego; its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, chaperones, and representatives associated with these events for reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses arising in connection therewith.
Photo/Video Release - This release authorizes Our Lady of Mount Carmel of the Catholic Diocese of San Diego, its representatives, or volunteers, to photograph or record on audio or video those listed on this registration for the purposes of furthering the mission of the Good Life retreat, in this specific case, the creation of publication materials. Photos, audio, or video may be used in printed materials and for any Good Life related purposes and will not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever. Good Life, as a standard practice of communication with youth and families, will be utilizing the following social media: Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram. Any photos posted on these sites will only utilize first names. I therefore hereby waive any kind and all rights I may have for compensation of any kind, which could otherwise accrue for the use of such photos and/or audio or video recordings.

Please note - Registration fee is non-refundable. Once your payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued.
