Indemnification and Waiver of Liability

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I, the undersigned Registrant, acknowledge that participation in the Kundalini Kriya Yoga Workshop at Enlightenment University . This workshop involves general risks associated with physical or mental exertion and participating in yoga practice. I understand that I am voluntarily participating in this activity with knowledge of the potential risks involved, and I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept all risks of injury, property damage, or death.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of being permitted to participate in this workshop, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Enlightenment University Inc, their officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, instructors, and insurers (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, regardless of whether such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION: I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney's fees, they may incur due to my participation in the workshop, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise. This includes any claim made by me, my family, or any other third party related to my presence or actions at the event or on the property.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organizer” and not that of Revtrak inc d/b/a Vanco Events.
