A student requesting to bring a guest who does not attend THS must have this form completed before the visitor can enter and attend an event. It requires the signature of a principal/administrator of the guest’s school and of a THS administrator. The guest must be enrolled in a high school. Each THS student must present their current school ID. Each guest must present a current school ID with a picture at the door.
