Donations are accepted to help defray the costs of the event. The "Event Organizer" is not obligated to provide any refunds in regards to tickets purchased for their events.

Meals are ordered per the individual. Limit 4 meals per family - meals need to be ordered individually.

Vanco Events is an online system for organizations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing needs.
