Terms and Conditions:

For Graduates under 18 years of age:
Parent/Guardian gives permission for the Graduate to attend the All-Night Grad Party from May 29 to May 30, 2026.
I agree not to hold liable and release from any liability any member of the Big Lake Grad Party Committee, Big Lake Schools, or its representatives for injury, COVID, or lost/damaged personal items while attending or participating in any event at the Party.

For Graduates 18 years of age or older:
I will attend the All-Night Grad Party from May 29 to May 30, 2026. I agree not to hold liable and release from any liability any member of the Big Lake Grad Party Committee, Big Lake Schools, or its representatives for injury, COVID, or lost/damaged personal items while attending or participating in any event at the Party.

Terms and Conditions (Parent and/or Graduate Agreement):
* The All-Night Grad Party is a lock-in event for graduates eligible for commencement, verified with the school. The Party starts after the commencement ceremony (around 9 PM) and ends at 5 AM on May 30.
* All graduates must use transportation provided from Big Lake High School. Driving or walking to the Party is prohibited. Parents will be notified if a registered graduate under 18 does not arrive on the provided transportation.
* The Big Lake High School Code of Conduct applies.
* Graduates must wear the provided Party shirt or risk dismissal.
* If illegal substance use is suspected, law enforcement at the Party will handle it.
* Graduates who harm, disrespect, use profanity, or gesture inappropriately toward volunteers, staff, law enforcement, or peers will be dismissed and forfeit any prizes or items received. Parents will be contacted to pick up graduates under 18.
* Tampering with Party or school property results in immediate dismissal and forfeiture of items or prizes.
* Leaving without approval or being found outside designated areas leads to dismissal. Parents will be contacted for graduates under 18.
* If a parent cannot promptly pick up a dismissed graduate, the graduate will be supervised at the school for the remainder of the Party.
* Graduates are responsible for allergy and medication needs. The committee will hold medications, and graduates must notify the Co-Chair when needed.
* Photos or videos may be taken and published (without personal identifiers) on the Big Lake All-Night Grad Party website, social media, or print materials.
* Registration with signatures and payment, prior to the registration end date, is required for attendance.
* No Refunds after Registration closes.

Vanco Events is an online system for organizations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organizer” and not that of Revtrak inc d/b/a Vanco Events.
