Taylion Field Trip Refund Policy

To ensure smooth coordination and timely payments to our venues, please review the following refund guidelines for all Taylion-sponsored field trips:

All Registrations Are Final
All field trip registrations are final once processed through Vanco.
OPS funds are automatically processed at the time of registration and cannot be refunded, reversed, or credited under any circumstances.

No-Refund Policy
No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers are permitted for any reason.
Tickets cannot be moved to another date or used for a different event.
Because we prepay venues several weeks in advance—and payments are non-refundable—Taylion cannot issue refunds, even in cases of schedule changes, emergencies, or student absences.

Before You Register
Please carefully review all event details — including date, time, location, and cost — before completing your registration through Vanco.

OPS Funds Processing
OPS funds are automatically deducted and finalized upon registration.
Once submitted, funds cannot be returned to your student’s account or reapplied to another field trip.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide high-quality, enriching educational experiences for all students and families.

Vanco Events is an online system for organizations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organizer” and not that of Revtrak inc d/b/a Vanco Events.
