Chicago, A Musical Revue is a selection of songs and scenes from the popular musical and more! We have created a scaled-down version of Chicago allowing our cast to perform in a covid safe environment while you watch IN PERSON!
TICKET INFO:
ONLINE Tickets are $10/each this year for performances
NO TICKETS SOLD AT DOOR / NO general admission
There will be LIMITED seating available per show.
Seating will be by assigned Family "Cell Blocks” groups with two open seats between each group and only every other row seated.
SAFETY:
Safety is our priority!
Temperatures will be taken with sensors as you enter school.
Masks WILL BE REQUIRED and strictly enforced.
No loitering allowed inside building when not watching show.
ADMISSION INTO SHOW:
PRINT your emailed ticket/confirmation or have it available on your phone.
Ticket holders MUST PRESENT ticket in order to enter the auditorium.
Audience members will gather outside on the front lawn of Woodrow before performances. WWHS Band Boosters will be selling concessions and Choir & Theater Boosters will be selling show t-shirts, mugs, and seat cushions before the show. Restroom entrances will be marked for the side doors and will be accessible before, during and after the show.
Everyone will be called in to be seated 15 minutes before the show. Please line up on sidewalks for either Entrance A (for seats 1-20) or Entrance B (for seats 21-44) depending on your seat number. Look for signs and ushers to guide you.
HANDICAP ENTRANCE:
The ramp to enter school is located by the new gym. Please enter through the glass doors and a volunteer will assist you to the auditorium.
SHOW FORMAT:
Act I will be 30 minutes long. The audience will be dismissed by rows to exit the auditorium and go outdoors for a 30-minute Intermission to allow a circulation system to refresh the air in the room, followed by a 30-minute final act.
Everyone will be called back in to be seated for the final act. Please follow the same procedure returning indoors. After the show, we will dismiss the audience by rows to go back outside to meet / greet our actors.
HELP US GET EVERYONE SEATED QUICKLY:
Have your ticket out and ready to be checked with your entire party with you.
Enter through the Auditorium doors based on your SEAT NUMBER.
MIB / Ushers will be there to assist you finding your seats.
"CHICAGO JAZZ CLUB" OUTDOOR INTERMISSION:
This will be a Woodrow First! The front lawn of Woodrow will become our own "Chicago Jazz Club" during Intermission. Entertainment will be provided by our very own Woodrow Wildcat Jazz Band. There will be some tables with limited seating, concessions, and show merchandise for sale so bring your credit card for contactless purchases. We are thrilled to be collaborating on this our Woodrow Band and Booster Club!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the show is canceled for any reason, we will not be able to refund the cost of your tickets and greatly appreciate the donation to our program.
