Terms and Conditions  −  A NIGHT IN HOLLYWOOD - Wayzata Homecoming Dance

Tickets are available to all WHS students in grades 9-12

A WHS Student may opt to bring ONE outside guest. The cost of the guest ticket will be $15. An outside guest must be at a minimum in 9th grade and no more than one year out of high school to attend. WHS Students and their Guests must complete the attached Guest Form. This form must be submitted prior to Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 3:30 pm. This form must be on file in order for the guest to attend! No exceptions!

Cost of the tickets is $10 per WHS student and $15 for an outside guest. There is no discount for a couple and guests do not get in free.

Important Information About the Dance:

The Homecoming Dance is at Wayzata High School (enter through Auditorium Entrance) from 8:00 - 11:00 pm on Saturday, September 17, 2022. Music will be provided by Northern Lights. The Concession stand will be open for students to purchase refreshments.

While the Homecoming dance is considered a "semi-formal" event, we do not want that to be a deterrent to someone not being able to attend. We do not give a discount for tickets bought for a "couple" because it is not the expectation that a student has to have a date in order to attend the event. There are many students that do buy tickets for themselves and a date, but this is not the majority. Many students come in groups and just have fun spending a fun evening dancing with their friends.

Students may not leave and re-enter the event for any reason. In addition, administration will conduct random breathalyzers at the door.

Tickets - Presale only - NO TICKETS will be sold at the event.

Theme: Lights, Camera, Action (my committee is working on some graphics/wording that you can use)

Students will need to bring a student ID to the dance (any Wayzata ID will work) and have access to the QR code that is their ticket (they can either print the QR code or we can scan their phone). QR codes can only be scanned once or they will be invalid.

Students who need a scholarship for the dance, should contact their floor administrator in the admin office. Scholarships are not available for non-WHS students.
