*Policies and Guidelines: Memorial Stadium, the Athletic Complex or the Jamie Foxx PAC*

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all fans, we ask that spectators please adhere to the following guidelines and policies when attending an event held at Terrell Memorial Stadium. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate removal (no refunds will be given).

-Unless otherwise advertised, all fans are required to purchase and present an admission ticket.
-State law strictly prohibits smoking/tobacco products, drugs and weapons at all TISD Events
-Lap children (ages 2 and under) do not need a ticket for entry.
-No outside food or open containers will be permitted.
-All spectators must be screened for COVID-19 symptoms as outlined by TEA and UIL. Spectators must also be symptom-free before arriving at the athletic facility.
-Masks or face coverings are encouraged.
-Unless issued by TISD, no passes will be accepted.
-Students 8th grade and under will not be permitted admittance into any TISD athletic event without being accompanied and supervised by an adult.
-When entering Memorial Stadium, the Athletic Complex or the Jamie Foxx PAC all bags must be clear to ensure the safety and security of our guests. If a guest requires a diaper bag for their child, the diaper bag will be screened prior to admittance.

Vanco Events is an online system for organizations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organizer” and not that of Revtrak inc d/b/a Vanco Events.
